Refund policy

Total satisfaction is something I am striving for, but let’s say you want to return your item? I have one simple rule: If it is coming your way, I pay. If it is coming back to me you take the fee. If you are not totally satisfied, just send it back for a refund. All my items are light and can be shipped with the USPS. The only exceptions to this policy is bulk, custom wholesale orders. As per policy, I will send a sample that must be approved before I fulfill the whole order.
